HAPPY DAYS

hi all thanks for all ur encouragements in last posts...though they were not that good..but i will always try to reach ur expectations every single time i write a post ...
i have always tried to share my feeling through this space and i am going to do the same this this time also.
HAPPY DAYS ...a phrase have become a cliche ..but will remain evergreen

its been 1 sem as an RA now. 2 sems as a GRAD student at WVU.....I was never so proud intelling my BE college name.... and i hope tat most of u guys will agree with me.. why is that so are the colleges not worth or its only that we don't feel so proud of over place thinking that there is always something better in other colleges. but that was true in my case......but on the otherside i would definitely loved the lineage that MJCET especially ECE had ......i will never forget all the "FREE" marks that helped maintain 80% marks throughout the 4 years......
why am i becoming soooo nostalgic now....i realize its 1 year .......when i look back now what i have with me is ....lets count
1) My friends (always no 1)
2)MJ "MIT" as we used to call....thats make me smile
3) Birthday parties...salu and sim's cars gave us a very good company....
4)"LONG DRIVES"...and i will not forget my longest one """"""
5)chop sticks ...major income form MJCET
6) the trip ....what should i call it ..we all have give it different names
7)matin / vishwant hostel...a major study place during exams....SAM thanks
8)of course.... the backgate were we used to wait for ____ for hours together ....i think it will be unfair if i don't mention riyaz punctuality ....riyaz u have always been my inspiration........
9) all the comedy tat everyone of us contributed....some that cross my mind now are ...prahalad and blood....and lots with riyaz...oh!! some of them were really hilarious ..can't list each one of them here...
10) ..last but not the least ....PEOPLE's XEROX.....right from notes to lab sheets(kanjus lab assistants...unforgetable EDC LAB)
11) HIFAZT sir...nightmare for all .....ZAKIR sir cool dude especially jatin & sail's best friend ...cannot resist myself ..thermodynamics .....and electrical engineering sir , PRP sir.....and list will go on...every \one had some "item ".inside them ....all very funny instances pass through my mind every now and then....
12)OMG hoe can i forget .....C/C++ mam......S*** ***K ....i forgot her name yar.....i think most of us always had some reason to her and talk though what we learnt was very less....wat sailu ..am i right ....(fav student)
13)ROBOTIX club hahahahahah......was fun/time waste/mind waste/....../.../.../..(this is strictly for me)

15)Project...its something that did on my own ..and always feel proud of....thanks to shyam

Howz life going Now adays????

thats really a common question these days, especially after sem break and trips that i have made and seeing photos of different place thanks to orkut. Now if someone asks me how many places i have seen i will say NY CA Baltimore..and i am confident that the list will definitely increase in next few years. Wow!!! i am seeing places sitting in front of my computer...and guys I have bought a laptop..after lots of deliberation with lots of people i have bought a laptop. I just hope that i will justify its cost by using in to the fullest...lets wait and see what going to happen....oh!! i have digress from the main stream of this blog..by the way will it have a stream or will it be related to the topic... ...i seriously doubt..u have to check it out...

let me move on..let me start from my introspection ...i have never been so talkative but why am i like that i think it is because of i think a lot, but think what?? think abt what others think of me....and it goes to a peak when i am not able to express my views to my friends because of the "language problem"....which i never ever thought i will have..that even becomes tough when u have someone who has determined to hate "tamilians"..but why people generalise ..should i call him prejudist...ia that a right way or not....but some times feel is he puts forth his view ...and that what i adore ....his sight somehow picks me as if i am guilty as if i have done something wrong....but why >>>"TAMIL" feeling ...can't avoid it....but anyways i would really apologise for the mistakes that i have done....he has been the same the first day i met him....any ways why am i discussing this **** now any ways i want to put forth my feelings and i don't want to "backspace" all the words have typed.....hard work!!

what else..hmmm..then what ..i have a laptop, a new job, now work now "office"..that word makes me go nervous ...I feel as if people expect a lot of things from me, will i be able to make it ..well its just a matter of time, I hope the POWER that got me this job will make my performance better.....because i seriously don't know why he has chosen me...anyways trying best is all i am doing...

but i liked my old job...and i would say ..i am proud of "dining services WVU"..it was bindasss....but it has its own problems...the first day of my appointment a lady said "We serve 500 people everyday"...those words made me feel vvvvvery happy about the first job and i was somehow very happy when i got my fist pay after 10 days of really hard work for "SERVING" people...that really feels satisfying....but there have been days when i have exploded on people(bossesss..that are lots of them) ..but no one could see it..ha.ha ha......!!!very funny!!!!,, ****..

is that it ...i don't know ..i started blogging to improve my English...i got lots of comments correcting my mistakes. thanks to all

special thanks to people who overlooked my mistakes....

ok then its time comment on this one then...common everyone..

got up at 6'o clock, it was very hard to take out the tooth-brush from the bag so used my finger, borrowed paste from wasim and got relieved from the foul smell, taste and the morning lazzziness. In the mean while, all others were ready and busy with the photo-sessions. It was a chill morning i followed the group and donned my addidas jerkin as got ready for the photoshoot. Wasim got ready with his cam-coder and started recording the scenery ....got down at every station making some noise,had tea at one of the stations ........riyaz was busy throughout with his art of self photography with difffernt angles and various scenery making full use of this so called extra-ordinary talent.

the train was late by 1 hr ....and we reached the "kodai road station" at 7:30 am . we all were expecting taxi which was booked from Bangalore to be there but the driver misunderstood and reached the dindugal station at 4:30 am.......soo no other way we had to wait for another 40 mins for the car......

Finally the car arrived and all the bags started to fly upwards to the drive who got to the top of the car in no time to tie up the bags....all of us got settled and our journey to "kodaikKkanal"----,thats how my friends pronounce it, ...after travelling abut 4-5 km we fond a hotel-had breakfast and again started after a 15-20 mins break to kodaikanal.. we had a 1.5 hr journey after which we had our second halt......that was at one of the edges of the mountain range a 2 floor structure .....that was a good time morning i between 9:30 to 10 am...ti neither cold nor very hot ....that was ode of the ends so we had had a good view of the reservoir (don't know the name) and the mountain range ......with camera in everyone hands except a few..took a few photographs and started the journey to the resort......it took almost 2 hrs to reach the "club mahindra "resort ...but on the way we did 2 rounds of the city because sailendra (sailendra booked the rooms in the resort) did not bring the address and no one int e group was a local so we had to ask every person on the roads to get to the resort ...........finally we reached "zest" a sister concern of club mahindra.......there a few of us got relief form the morning problems and finally reached the club mahindra resort at 2:30 pm ......We divided ourselves into 2 groups .....shyam mohan faheem and myself in one group and wasim harsha sailendra and riyaz in the other......now it was time for me to get relief ....it was difficult the cold climate and not a very good dinner last night ....every thing came together .......i decided to take bath at last so that i will have the max time .....we all thank god when we saw the tea and coffee packets with milk powder packets and i had tea i twas nice ...not that good but fine.....in the other room ..sailendra had got inside the bathroom and had been there for 1 hr or so.....in our room shyam was first to take bath.....he did this in ice cold water.....that was really brave......frankly i could not have done thins under any circumstances ........ then i discovered that the geyser was not working so i called the house keeping , after 1/2 an hr of repair work the geyser was made working................it was 4 ' o clock when i came out from the bathroom ....everyone was ready by then.....they started literally.... pushing me out of the room ........everyone was very hungry and we decided to have breakfast before sightseeing .....it was time for snacks and we wanted to have dinner....the hotel was a Gujranwala one .....i dared to order a plate of curd rice(i decided not o eat much in trip .. did not have so much confidence on my stomach).....my first mistake in the trip.....it was horrible....

Then we reached the lake at 4:45 pm.....hired two 4 seater peddle boat......it was joy...every 15 mins someone or the other was taking photos....after 30 mins we decided to end the boating ....it was getting dark....i was driving one of the boat ...so had to park it properly so that we could get down easily...that was the most difficult part of the boating .......then it was time to cycle rs 10 per hr....6 km round the lake....we had a good time but....the cycles we horrible ..we all were tryin it after 3-4 years but the seats had two mountains embedded which made the experience unforgettable...........we kept exchanging the cycle in proper intervals initiallly ....i was the most unfortunate,,.....my cycle got unchain twice..in 2 hrs....my hands were black at the end of the cycle trip.......the results were out that evening...everyone passed though the marks were not as expected ...but fine we were all satisfied to some extent...........6:30 pm......it was kodaikanal shoppping part 1.... riyaz bought few things......harsha and i did shoplifting.....i did this after 5 years.....before this was very common, food world (nallakunta) was the worst hit....i have done more than Rs 200 worth lifting(chocolates, pencils pens erasers....), before i got scolding from my father.......

it was 8'o clock dinner time we went to a panjabi restaurant ..everyone had fried rice.......

from there we went the resort.......reached the resort at 9 ' o clock.....the card games started,,...i played rummy ..harsha again dropped a joker.......we played tilll 11' o clock... and the we sleep................

2 nd day at kodaikanal ......i got up at the first ring of the alarm form shyam's cell.......just washed my face...thought of brushing afterwards...shyam and i went to the other room. riyaz was alreay up...we disturbed wasim and harsha first. wasim's reaction was worth watching ..that was really funny...i forgot that i had to brush............ the noise made sailendra get up.....our purpose was done, we came back.....mohan was getting ready next was shyam and then was faheem......it was my turn now......i wanted to take bath but just washed my hair to get rid of the dandruff ..came out very swiftly....got dressed...then while i was wearing my shoes ...

saw the pouch and saw my brush inside it..there was something stinking around it was "yuuukkkkkkk"......then at once took the brush and got into the bathroom ...finished my work..... i came out and took a resolution that i will never sit or talk to anyone before brushing......

we came out went straight to the car and started - "kodaikknal sightseeing part 1"

It was 9 already.....went to have breakfast ...the tiffin center was looking good...we thought there will be south indian dishes available....but again we had chappathi , sailendra always different had boost and bread-jam......from there we went to caokers walk first then then pillar rock there was nothin much there but took a few snaps here and there..had "sundal"- everyone liked it..its my fav tooo...

from there we went to the secret caves ..i was hearin of it for the first time .....was not expecting much .......

we had to walk 3/4 of a kilometer between the eucalyptus trees ....we played cricket with small stones and tree bark a the bat....harsha had a very good experience when sailendra dropped him on his bask ...thank god nothin happened .....we reached the caves ...but i was unable to spot one of them.....it was a good traking place ,,..thought of doing some adventure we all just walked along the woods up the hill....just for some jokes and some photos ....we came back after 1 hr..it was tiring one.....from there we went to the edge of another hill ...the suicide point ...sailendra and shyam were very close to there destiny ..everyone were stunned for a moment ....but nothing happened ....i did not dared to go down further ....we came back after 1/2 an hr....every one was hungry...we were nearly 10 Km from the city ..on the way a few of us got down to enjoy the pine forest ....the monkeys out there were the most energetic..there was nothing much to see there ..it was 3 already so we decided to have lunch.........

we wanted to have good food......irrespective southindian or northindian ....i was a bit particular of having meals......but it was very much late.....after asking desperately the guy told that he had only 3 meals available........i was lucky this time..

from there we went to the garden ..it was off season so there was nothing much to see....every flower bed was covered...just had a walk around ..runnnin at times and photos......

then...everything was done we completed the sightseeing there nothing left according to the driver ..we choose to go for boating once again.....next half an hr we were busy with boating and .....photography.....

we came out it was 5:30 pm we took the poking(^ ^) cycles once again ......it was becoming very cold ..infact very very cold.....we stopped only thrice this time...first fro a group photo..

second time for getting some warmth as we were near the burning twigs.....third for shooting baloons... 6 shoots at Rs 10....i got 2 out of the 6....mohan was highest 3/6.

it was 7'o clock was in the mean while saiendra got his phone call(never ending one)........he was the last this time....we all had bajjis ..i did not.....

it was shopping part2...8 of us went inside one shop told him to show every thing.....but came out one by one without buying any thing.....the shopkeeper was very irritated and steaming....

i bought oil and came back to the car.......

the diver was talking with his friend ...we interrupted.......he was talking in english and sailendra got all "josh" and continude talking for 15 mins......

we went to the hotel nearby had dinner.......

this evening was very cold from the climate point of view but was very hot inside the group......the plan got upside down...

actual plan was to travel at night to ooty but the three...shyam, faheem and i we against it....there were wonderful dialogs comming out .......(unable to recollect)

riyaz was very much steaming .....we had no cards palyin that night all went to sleep at once ...the plan was to get up at 6 getting ready by 7 am and leaving my 7:30 am....

our room got up by 6 am packing was done....i did brushing first before talking to anyone......and all of us (oru room) go ready by 7:30am....the other room was late today....riyaz was the only one who was ready ..... ,we all came out and the last photosession at kodaikanal was on...this took 1 hr....and we started at 9' o clock ......on the way down teh hill we got sown at the falls....toof a few snaps and baoght some fruits which went the dust bin at the end of the trip...riyaz bought a woodden car...and we started our journey to ooty..........

this was a long one....this was with few halts the first one was in between the woods fro photographs ..the second was for lunch in pollachi and the third one was near coimbathore f streaching ...the journey was not very interesting but we tried pass time by playing antakshri and finding a name for thr group...which was not that sucessesful......every one got into life when the ghat road started except shyam...he got cramps al of a sudden and started crying and then came back after riyaz's "wild massage.......the road was very small same as the other ghat roads but crowded too....this was dew the long weekend (sat,sun,mon(26 jan)) . We reached the top at 5 'o clock. A police office caught us ...due to some number plate problem..that took another 20 mins....

it took 1 hr to find the SBH guest house .....it was a tiring journey...every one was exhausted.....we went out and saw how ooty looks at night........it was nice but vey crowded.....we came back to the guest house,,had dinner and started playing cards.....

we all slept at the respective rooms(4 in room) this time it was harsha, wasim, mohan and me in a room and the others in the other....it was fun.....we dicussed a lot of things...which made me think!!!!!!!!!!

this day was for ooty sightseeing ...first we went to the station thought we will get the afternoon train to "mettupalayam" but no tickets riyaz was upset again...then sailendra came up with a good plan for tomorrow....we all agreed.....then we went to the highest point it was...the place was full......it was overflowing we took a lot of photos there had ice-cream...there was nothing there...just the same mountains same trees..... but we spent 1hr . and then we went to green valley view point....we had to walk for 15 mins along a narrow road..had sundal on the way,,...a few photos and came back......next was the tea factory....we in that fellow explained how tea leaves are converted into consumable tea.......and have a free cup of tea......most of us bought a pack of tea,oil..and came back.....had lunch in hotel with worst hospitality..riyaz gave that fellow Rs .50 tip..i decided not to give even a paise...then went to rose garden.....there was nothing interesting there except roses(moving) ...we came out before someone would shout at us ...then the most boring part the Botanical gardens again ...nothing inside ..not maintained properly..............
the last part to enjoy was to go for boating.......again crowd ..we had to stand in the queue .5 hr.....
got two 4 seaters .......got two horrible boats.....we did not expect this ........we thought kodaikanal was 1000 times better......our boat was dancing when ever we got near the banks.......finally we got down --safe and sound......the sight seeing was done .....it was not pleasant experience .......
then it was shopppin time(the best timepass job ) ..we came back to the guest house...had dinner and slept......

plan was to get up early and to to mettupalyam for tickets and catch the 6:30 am train to oooty.....the plan was perfect.....we got up 2:15 am.....and started at 3 am to mettupalayam ...
nice mornig not very.....reached at the station at 5:30 am.....fought for the tokens...got the tickets ....and the train started on dot..6:30 am.....it was very slow......the journey was interesting at the beginig ...but after some time every one started sleeping...there was nothing to watch out side ...same trees, rocks, scenery and roses(*)....
we reached ooty at 11:30 am...had lunch .. and started our journey to bangalore- the last phase of the trip....the route was the highlight of the journey...it was through the mudumalai forest reserve ..we saw a few elephants and a spotted deer...the road was fine till we reached karnataka ...after that for the next 30 km the road was horrible ....we were dancing inside....we reached Mysore at 5 pm..the palace was closed ...had sugarcane juice and left for bangalore....here the road too good....very smooth, broad, nice and comfortable...had dinner in a roadside restaurant had dinner(only snacks was available but we had to convert it into dinner)....we reached the guest house at 10 pm...slept nicely......had no plans for tomorrow.....

i got up at 8:30 am.....shyam and mohan were already up and had gone for a walk.....then slowly and steadily got ready and started the bangalore sightseeing at 10' clock ....
first went to the "vidhan soudha" took a few photos standing in front of it a few standing in the middle of the road ....then from there we went to the technological museum we spent the most the time there....all the displays were nice...there were two schools which had some 150 -200 students...it was fun seeing the exhibits with them.....then we returned to the guest houseat 5 pm....then we had ice-cream(buy 1 get one offer) i had a pastry .....the train arrived sharply at 6:30 pm......this time the coach that was given were s4 and s11.....shyam and I in one of them and the rest in the other. we did out ticket checking first and came to s4 and started playing cards .......we had dinner at 10 pm.....every one started sleeping ...sailendra and i started talking .this went on fof half an hr......i slept at 11 pm thinking of the trip and the reaction of my parents after i tell my result..........

tour...... the tour

hi all...this is just as another blog ....i have been doing research on how to start writing blogs..and the right topic to start blogging ......

Guys this is my first one pls go through and comment ....every comment is very precious......so pls do not forget to comment.

so let me start.........the blog's titile will definitely force e to blog every day........so i will try to bring something interesting to you all.

I returned from the tour today morning(28/01/2009) so let me give the day to day hapennings so lets enjoy together...

The so called planning tour was initiated by riyaz partially as he completed his final year project and as free.....this was a very good thing to happen our group got a person to think about the trip. the plan was under scanner for 2 to 3 adys .I was one of the key persons to change the plan, but he did not listen (that was a good thing actually) i had faith and confidence in him but had a feeling inside that this tour was going without any direction.

After long sessions of discussion in riyaz's house (thanks to his father, who biught a big flat very near to coll.) the plan was finalized,ticket were booked and he started collecting money and that made the plan confirm ......

evening train was full ..me and shyam were given berth different coach s6 and s8 respectively and others (a group of 6) were in s4 coach ..it made no difference we thought of spending the evening together and go the respective berths in the night .......

the train started at 4 :15 (15 mins late) ....starting together was fun ... the bay of 8 was complete and me and shyam started looking for people who were traveling alone so that we can xchange the berths but we did not get any. Now we started playing and eating . We had 2 card games with us and these stood as suppourt at all boring times . Uno that was a new game to me and was very interestin one. the other pne was the usual playing cards and the game that was fav. to everyone was "rummy" (hope i have spelt it right) we dived ourselves into two groups and played.

Playing the card games can also be tiring so the best way to keep the mood going, is break and tease other laguages all af my friends stated asking me the literal traslations of the telugu and english words into tamil and one of the funnnist traslations was "wassup"---"yenna mella"

there were lots of other funny traslations.

there were snacks in between thanks to faheem, harsha and shyam.

it was dinner time ...we had dinner and went to sleep. i had to go to my berth reluctantly to sleep.wasm and sailendra decided not to sleep thus shyam got a berth in the same bay. the day was over and i went into deep sleep.

The arrival at chennai egmore station was dealayed so had some more time to spend in train.....got down came outside the station and now we had to choose between teh guest house SBH or SBI ....SBI guest house was nearer so we decided to go there i called up my uncle and the got the route to the place ..we went inside and came to know that the gust house if full and we will not get the room till afternoon.... so the SBH guest house was the only way left we had to go to West Mambalam from egmore the question was how much will be reasonable and everyone staterd bargaining to get to the least price at last we had to give Rs 120 per auto

went to the guest house got the rooms and started releaving ourselves took bath got ready for the breaakfasti had roti and dal and again discussions started now it was the time for the selection for the mode of transport either bus or car or a call taxi .Car was obviously a better option and a unanimous decision . 10 'o clock we started and reached MGM at 11:15 am.

started with the gaintwheel .....in the mean while there was a boy from kakinada who was "single and ready to mingle" a timely dialouge fromm saliendra , got very friendly and mixed very well, more than expected. The next in the were the rides which went round and round. ...pls donot ask the names i am very poor at remembering them, then the lunch time had veg fried rice was not very good but we had something to eat and to fill the tummy.

Then we started to complete the rides one by one...the highlitght of the afternoon was the ro;;er coaster....i am nt very comfortable with such rides ....but somehow wanted to overcomr the fear and went once the daredevils of teh group sailendra harsha shyam and riyaz had it thrice.....wasim and i had a good time watching them......then the dashing cars my fav ...no risk no fear .... eventhough my car was not that fast i enjoyed every bit of it..... it was evenig 4'o clock and we went to the water games section everyone was exhausted and we decided to go to beach and play there instead of going into teh swimmng pool ...we came out ant started ...........on the wat went to mayajal shooping mall camr to know that the entry was Rs 300 that included some incentives .....so came back and reached Marina beach at 6 ' o clock. It was a good feeling specially for me ....after coming to hyderabad in 2001 november i really missed that smell and the cold water chill breezze and ................

it was 7'o clock in the evening came back to the car on the way we had "mirchi bajji and panni puri " thought of having ice-cream but there were no proper shop for it so...we all said---"lite le ra" ....went along the road to the car.......it was already late.. we asked driver to take us around the city to our guest house at West Mambalam . It was 8 'o clock when we reached, had dinner.

I went to my uncle's house . Usually i go to chennai every 1 year but now it was only 8 months, I did not expect this, had a good time with chinto (1 year baby) very lively, bubly and ..........

that was the end of the day.

Got up at 6:30 in the morning had boost, took bath met my grand mother and grand father....in the mean time i asked everyone there -where to go.......there were a lot of options but were not so interesting....I returned to the guest house at 10'o clock, the car was ready and we left t0 the snake park and the children park reached there at the at 11 'o clock

had a look all the snakes there and the best of all came when we saw the ...i don't know what to call ....let me put it as ..heard of crocks....there were 25 crocks in teh same compound as the best came when they started moving one on teh another ....we started th run the most powerful tool of thinking and adding to it the most funny fantacies and guessed what the **** the crocks were trying to do......

we came out of snake park after 1 hour ..we all had no energy left to get into the children's park and to uour surprise we had 3-4 spoteed deers outside the park...that statrted the photo session ....every one was trying to get the best pic .....i was also there but was not very sucessful.....

shyam was very particlar in getting a good pic....so bought a coconut water had the water and distributed the coconut inside it to the deers who were desperate for food.....finally had a pic ....harsha was the most dareing there was very close to the deer..had the best pic....

we came out of the photo session ..that was the most difficult part of the moning session .....

it was lunch time .........it was the right time to have a stomach full of food....i too them to the most famous restaurant chain in tamil nadu the " saravana bhavan"...every one liked the food...the "sambar" in particulatr was very tastey ......then....we wanted to have ice cream but ddi not get the shop once again.......there was a digital weight meter there .....everyone saw their weights.....even i did ...and i emerged as the topper there .......From there we went to the spencers plaza one of the biggest shopping centers in chennai.......there was nothing much in there but was the right place to spend time...the best place for "time passssss" ......from we went to the room on the way had ice cream(finally)...packed our bags and left for the egmore station to catch the Nagarkoil express ,,,again it was the coach problem.....this time i got a berth near the 6 ...shyam had to go to his berth...it was not very far ......ti was in the next coach so did nto have any probelm.......ti was the "rummy" time...played the game till 12' p clock........in one of teh games harsha had dropped the joker ....that was fun......

that was the end of the day...went sleep expecting a great time ahead...........
